Teeny salt and pepper shakers, just under 1.5 inches tall. Marked O.&E.G., Royal in a crown, and Austria. No corks. The mark indicates the maker was Oscar & Edgar Gutherz Mfs., Altrohlau, Bohemia (Stara Rose, Czechoslovakia), and they were produced between 1899 and 1918. They have an almost luster finish, with one having a greener tint than the other. |
